PROJECT OVERVIEW

The building will be situated on a small, city lot (30’x60’) and should have a front setback of zero. The site has setback requirements of 0’ on all sides, meaning the building can extend to the property lines. Each student’s building will have a footprint 30’x40’ with access to parking at the rear of the building.

FOR THIS PROJECT WE HAD TO DESIGN A COMMERCIAL SPACE WITH THE BOTTOM FOR RETAIL AND THE SECOND FLOOR FOR A BUSINESS SPACE.

•Building should be contextual to the neighborhood

•Rentable first floor retail space (shell space)oLoading dock and stock roomoBasic restrooms for employeesoExterior design

•Second floor office space for 10oSeparate first floor entrance with stair and elevator flexibleoffice space with cabinetry + counters o1 conference room for up to 4oReception area on second floor. At least 1 storage closet
